A smoke addict should postpone or push back the urge to smoke by carrying out some activities of self-choice such as: listening good music, enjoying delicious meals with loved ones etc. Delaying the urge to smoke will help one to stay away from it and eventually can lead to reduced intake of cigarettes. Smokers should learn to figure out what triggers their desire to smoke and accordingly try to take proper steps to prevent that trigger.
